What kind of gear do you buy and sell?

We focus on quality secondhand outdoor gear including hiking boots, backpacks, tents, clothing, camping equipment, bike gear, and snow gear.

Is the gear cleaned before sale?

Yes. All items are cleaned and checked before being listed so they’re ready for use when they arrive.

How does selling gear to ReGear work?

You upload photos and details of your gear through our website. We review the submission and provide a rough valuation. If accepted, you ship the item to us for inspection before final pricing is confirmed.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on brand, condition, age, and demand. Initial prices are estimates and may change after physical inspection.

What happens if my gear isn’t accepted?

If your item isn’t suitable, you can choose to have it returned to you (return shipping applies) or we can responsibly recycle or donate it where possible.

Do you offer returns?

Returns are accepted if an item is faulty or significantly different from its description. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Is ReGear a rental service?

No. ReGear sells secondhand gear that you own outright. You’re free to use it as long as you like, then resell it or pass it on again.
