Sell Your Gear
Sell through ReGear
Send us the details once
Add your contact details, describe the item and upload clear photos in the form below. ReGear will review the submission and aims to reply within two working days if the gear may suit a direct offer or consignment.
What happens after I submit?
ReGear reviews the photos and details first. If the gear may suit current stock, we will get in touch about a direct offer or consignment.
What photos should I include?
Show the complete item, labels and size, useful details, visible wear or faults, and anything included with it.
Can I sell outright or use consignment?
Either may be suitable. The option, amount or agreed share and next steps are confirmed with you before anything proceeds.
What we are accepting now
Useful winter and outdoor gear
ReGear is currently prioritising clean snow clothing, hiking footwear, packs, tents, sleeping gear and practical unpowered camping accessories. Branded gear in clear, usable condition is most likely to suit.
Good items to send through
- Snow jackets, pants, gloves and goggles
- Hiking boots, day packs and tramping packs
- Tents, sleeping bags, mats and camp furniture
- Outdoor clothing with a readable brand and size label
- Complete items with all important parts included
Please do not submit
- Used helmets, climbing ropes, harnesses or other fall-arrest equipment
- Recalled, heavily damaged, modified or unidentified safety gear
- Gas appliances, mains electrical items, loose batteries or unmatched chargers
- Items with mould, strong odours or material parts missing
Bikes, ski or snowboard binding systems and other specialist gear are considered only after ReGear confirms the inspection evidence needed. Please do not send or drop off an item before ReGear agrees.

Direct offer
If the item suits current stock, ReGear may make an offer after checking it in person. The amount and payment timing are confirmed in writing before ownership changes.

Common questions
How many items can I include?
Complete one form for each item or deliberate set. This keeps photos and condition details together.
Which photos should I upload?
Include the complete item, front and back or both sides, brand and model labels, size labels, every visible fault and all parts that are included. The form accepts up to ten images.
Does submitting guarantee an offer?
No. ReGear reviews demand, condition, season, safety requirements and the likely cost of preparing the item.
When will I hear back?
ReGear aims to reply within two working days. Complex or specialist items may take longer.
Can I drop off or post the item?
Auckland drop-off or shipping is arranged case by case after the item has been reviewed. Please wait for confirmation before sending or bringing anything in.
When would I be paid?
A direct-offer payment date or consignment payout timing is included in the written terms. Nothing proceeds until you have agreed to those terms.
