Return & Refund Policy – ReGear

At ReGear, we specialize in quality secondhand outdoor gear. Because most items are pre-owned and unique, we aim to provide clear descriptions and photos so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

Please read our return policy below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only where:

  • The item is faulty or not as described, or

  • The item arrives damaged in transit.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Normal wear consistent with a secondhand item

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections clearly shown or described.


Return Timeframe

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation.


Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition received.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item has been inspected.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.


Return Shipping

Where a return is approved due to fault or misdescription:

  • We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Consignment or Seller-Supplied Gear

Where gear has been supplied by third-party sellers through ReGear:

  • ReGear acts as the selling platform.

  • Returns will still be handled through ReGear directly.
