ReGear ships second-hand outdoor gear from Auckland to addresses around New Zealand. Because every item is different, the available delivery option and cost are confirmed at checkout for the actual packed weight and destination.

Shipping within New Zealand

ReGear currently ships within New Zealand. The checkout covers all New Zealand regions through weight-based delivery zones.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated from the delivery region and the packed weight of the order. The exact available rate is shown at checkout before payment. Larger or heavier items can cost more to send than clothing or smaller equipment.

Delivery estimates

Many urban parcels travel in 1-2 business days after carrier collection. ReGear currently allows 3-5 business days in the checkout delivery estimate to include normal packing and carrier time. Rural or remote addresses, peak periods, weather and carrier delays can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking details are sent using the contact information supplied with the order after the parcel is fulfilled. Tracking can take a little time to show its first carrier scan.

Auckland pickup

Pickup is available when it is offered at checkout. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification and follow the collection instructions before travelling to collect an order.

Large or unusual items

Some one-off products need oversized packaging or special handling. If checkout does not show a delivery option for an item, contact ReGear before ordering so the delivery can be checked.

Delivery problems

Check the tracking link first, then contact ReGear with the order number if a parcel appears delayed. If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take clear photos of the parcel and item. See the return and refund policy for the related terms.
